Financial clarity for coffee shops & bakeries that don't need a full-time CFO

Most coffee shops have a bookkeeper who looks backward. I help you look forward—with menu profitability analysis, pricing models, cash flow forecasts, and profitability insights that actually inform decisions.

What I Do

Pricing Audit

Calculate true unit economics—labor, materials, overhead—to ensure every product is profitable. Stop losing money without knowing it.

Cash Flow Forecasting

13-week runway projections so you know exactly when cash crunches are coming and can plan accordingly.

Profitability Analysis

Clean P&L statements with percentage breakdowns. Understand which parts of your business actually make money.

Expense Audits

Line-by-line review to catch recurring charges, vendor overpayments, and inefficiencies draining your margins.

Scenario Planning

Model best case, worst case, and inflation scenarios. See the impact of decisions before you make them.

Visual Dashboards

Turn ugly spreadsheets into clean, one-page dashboards with the metrics that matter. No accounting degree required.

Sample Analysis

This is what a typical monthly deliverable looks like. A local coffee shop sent me raw bank statements and basic sales data. I built a complete financial model showing profitability by product, cash flow trends, and identified a $5,000/year pricing opportunity they were missing.

About

I'm a finance major at UT Knoxville, currently studying for the CFA Level 1 exam. I also hold my Series 65 license.

I apply the same rigorous financial modeling used in institutional finance to the local coffee scene. While many shops run on "gut feel," I use data to uncover hidden profit drains. My approach brings big-business clarity to small business operations—focusing on menu profitability, seasonal cash flow, and true ingredient costs.

I'm building a specialized portfolio of coffee shops and bakeries in Knoxville and Nashville. To do this, I'm offering free menu profitability audits to a select group of owners this quarter. You get actionable insights to stop leaks in your margins; I get to demonstrate the power of institutional-grade analysis.
